0915 Hours: HQ1ATF Association Members meeting at DHP.
0945 Hours: A coach tour visiting the Murals at Sheffield, Chocolate Factory, Cherry Shed, Cheese Factory and Raspberry Farm. Lunch is included and will be at the Devonport RSL Club.
1830 Hours: Depart for Richardsons Motor Cycle Club (Iron Horse Bar & Grill) for dinner - drinks at own expense.

0945 Hours: Depart for Longford RSL Club (Northern Midlands RSL).
1035 Hours. March off (Our own Rod Barrett has volunteered (Army style) to be the RSM for our March) to Cenotaph.
1050 Hours. Remembrance Day ceremony with local RSL Club and members of the public.
1130 Hours. Adjourn to the RSL for a light Buffet lunch (drinks at own expense) and relaxation.
1330 Hours: Coach transfers to Hadspen.
Remainder of day at leisure.
1800 Hours. Depart by coach for our HQ1ATF Commemorative Dinner at Launceston Casino. Inclusive of dinner and wine.
2130 Hours onwards. Coach transfers to your accommodation at Hadspen.

0800 Hours. Farewell BBQ breakfast at DHP.
The participant cost will include all meals as indicated above, some drinks on final night, touring and transport as indicated (apart from the optional tours on Monday 10 November 2014), and some HQ1ATF merchandise for all attendees, (RAT PACK). The participant cost is $160 for members and partners, plus an additional $40 for members "membership fee" for the period, October 2014 to September 2016. For other family members and friends, the cost is $290 per person.
